Round table with international participation devoted to the interests and politics of Asia-Pacific States in the Arctic
November 13, 2014 at the Institute of history held a round table on the theme “Arctic in contemporary world politics: role and place in the foreign policy of Pacific countries”. The purpose of the roundtable was analysis of the official Arctic strategies of Asia-Pacific States, the identification of similar items in the programs and differences, explore opportunities for international cooperation and ways of overcoming contradictions in the Arctic zone.
