What is looking for Russia to distant countries? (the results of the visit of Prime Minister to Vietnam and Thailand)

In the first half of April 2015 the Head of the government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev visited the countries of South-East Asia – Vietnam (April 6-7) and Thailand (April 7-8). These are two countries with different level and nature of bilateral relations with Russia are united by the fact that the current state of Russian-Vietnamese and Russian-Thai relations requires serious rethinking and diplomatic support.
