The organizers were the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Joint Academic Council of Humanities FEB RAS, the Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East FEB RAS, the Jilin Academy of Social Sciences, the Association of Russian-Chinese Relations in the Primorye Region.
