On June 29, 2017, a round table discussion “Dynamics of International and Political Processes in Northeast Asia in the First Half of 2017” was conducted at the Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East, FEB RAS. The event was organized by the Laboratory of Situation Analysis of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, IHAE FEB RAS.

On April 18-19, 2017, the Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East (IHAE FEBRAS) held the 46th Annual Scientific Session “Russia – Japan in Historical, Political and Cultural Perspectives”.

The 17th Session of Archaeologists of the Far East was held on April 20-21, 2017. Around 40 researchers from Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, and Ussuriysk attended the event.
